Our Guarantee

Every Nellvo order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you don't see results within the first three weeks of use, contact us and we'll refund your full purchase price. You don't need to send the product back.

How To Request A Refund

Email us at support@kokoonrest.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Our team responds within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday, 8am–8pm EST. Once your request is received and verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's Covered

All Nellvo products purchased directly through nellvo.com are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. This includes all bundle sizes and subscription orders.

What's Not Covered

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible. Orders placed through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's own return policy and are not covered by our guarantee.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@kokoonrest.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
